Okay, so Karen and I have fallen off the work out wagon. Summers are great for getting started, but any big interruption (for me, moving; for Karen, the Vegas) KILLS the regimen!
I have to start GOING to the gym I'm paying a membership to. I'm going to start tomorrow after work, and on alternating days, I'll do the Firm DVDs.
Hopefully having typed it out will be equal to writing it down. And I'll actually DO it!

WANTING to "Get Work'd"
That "Get Work'd" is a lame reference to the show "Work Out" on Bravo.
So I did my 50 minute DVD today. I did a different one than I was planning because - gasp! - my DVD was cracked in the center. So I went on ebay and got another for a bit over $7, including shipping. I effing LOVE ebay today.
Anyway, after running errands and stuff, I wanted to go do more. I wanted to run.
WHAT?!
I have to be careful, though, because my legs feel like they're bulging everyday because of all the squats that I have to do with the DVD ... and the attempts at jogging, of course. I'm trying to remember to drink my protein milk (fat free milk with whey protein) after every work out. It's pretty gross, but apparently is good to repair muscles. I guess working out ISNT all that healthy? I don't know.

Monday Run
I didn't work out at all this weekend, unless one considers packing books and DVDs working out. I got a B- on my first paper, and I really was NOT feeling up to it. However, I really focused on the fact that I took two days off in a row, so I walked to the gym for a run.
Here's the pacing from last week and this week: jog/run for 60 seconds, walk for 90 seconds. Repeat.
I still can't pace for the whole twenty minutes, though, and that's my goal before I move on to the next pacing routine.
